Step 1: Log into the RFU Game Management System (GMS)

1. Visit the RFU GMS portal at gms.rfu.com.
2. Use your registered email and password to log in. If you don’t have an account, create one by clicking “Sign Up.”

Step 2: Select the Club

1. Once logged in, navigate to the “My Rugby” section.
2. Select the appropriate club for your child’s registration. Ensure it is the club where they intend to play.

Step 3: Enter Player Details

1. Input the player’s details, including:
   • Name
   • Date of Birth
   • Gender
   • Contact Information
   • Medical details (if required).
2. Ensure that all details match official documentation.
